Unable to connect to IWOV JMS server

Hi There,

If anybody has an idea on the below error. Please assist with your findings. The actual issue occuring is when we preview the .page files (error screenshot attached).

This is more or less 'normal' at boot time, but bad if it persists. Check your server.log for errors relating to ActiveMQ and the bootup of /iw-eventsubsystem.

We have some confusions in the event subsystem restart. In a process to receive the recent admin guide from autonomy. Meanwhile will you be able to procide me the steps to reboot ESS. Kindly advise.

ESS is a webapp that runs inside the Application Container, so restart that service (JBoss) and you're restarting ESS. Then, look carefully at the server.log for anything relevant to ESS or ActiveMQ.

This is something else. Your iw-preview webapp is broken, but this isn't related to the ESS.

You're not showing enough of the log to diagnose. Do a fresh restart of JBoss, and then when it's done initializing, upload the full log to this thread.
