OD 6.2.1 install on AIX server

our midrange team handles the installs of OD on our AIX servers an they are having an issue getting OD to start after install. Here's what they are seeing in the logs. Any ideas how to remedy?

We do set the registry port to 50201 here.

Are you sure that there are no firewalls blocking port 50201?

I will have them verify. They think the error is related to the line:

port 50201 is not being blocked but the installation still fails. they have tried to start OD with and without a license file present to rule out a corrupt license file. autonomy support hasn't offered up much in terms of help. anything else we could look at? this is very odd because they've installed OD many times on servers running the same OS without issue.

Have you tried simplifying things, like:

If you go the second route (which is probably easier than the first) - and the problem goes away - the compare the contents of the tar-**** with the fresh installation of those files.If the problem persists after a fresh installation you'll probably have to spend more time with Support - perhaps get them to set up a LiveMeeting session so that you can work with them interactively (rather than spaced out over an extended period of time through case notes)

We you able to fix the Issue.I even have the same error and I am doing a receiver Upgrade from 6.2.1 to 7.3.1.Please let me know how you fixed it
