File - Properties showing incompletely and File still associated with jobs which no l

HI,

In CCPRO - when we click on properties of Few files in a branch/workarea, it shows incompletely. In other words the file-properties page is not rendered fully in ccpro...

Also we have one more issue with these files that they are still associated with some workflow altough that workflow does NOT exists ...This is causing one of our workflows validation to fail and users cannot complete the workflow. we need to get rid of the job association with this file so that our production workflow can start working. Is there any command to remove the jobs association with a file...?

Hi Sarang - Files are *NOT* in Locked state and they are not in any JOB.
But even then i see the below output for one of the file...

AFAIK, the only way to get rid of that association is to remove the file from the job, or kill/complete the job. If the association is there, the job must still be valid, though you may not see it in the UI. It may just be 'stuck' waiting to grab a lock on a file, for example. Use iwgetwfobj to inspect that job ID and see what's up. You can also use iwrmjob to kill that worklow instance, if you're sure it's not supposed to be there.

These jobs would still be active. Perhaps they are not showing up as your jobs. If you want to kill these jobs, as already mentioned by Rick, use the iwrmjob clt.
