The only thing I can think of, and it's a long shot, is maybe the way you defined your variable in the WFM is conflicting with your script somehow.. ie. you probably want to create it as a CONFIGURABLE rather than a DATASOURCE. Perhaps check if there's anything somehow mapped to the 'reviewers' in the default_config.xml? Or if you based it off the PLC, maybe you have remnant datasource stuff in your FormAPI code?
