Cannot create folder

Hi All ,

Users are getting this error when trying to create a new folder ,

com.interwoven.cssdk.common.CSObjectNotFoundException: /EMEA/main/Internet/eipa_global/WORKAREA/main_wa/web/hello(Object being looked up was not found)
at com.interwoven.cssdk.filesys.jni.FileServiceAdapterImpl.createFile(Native Method)
at com.interwoven.cssdk.filesys.impl.CSDirImpl.createChildDirectory(CSDirImpl.java:97)
at com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.filesys.ops.CreateDirectoryCommand.execute(CreateDirectoryCommand.java:140)

The teamsite is 6.7.1 SP1 running on Sun Solaris. What could be the possible reason for this?

There's a whole bunch of possibilities, given such little information. What have you eliminated so far?

We have ruled out permission error, all the users are admins and still facing this issue. What the areas we need to look at ?

Also this problem is only in the web folder , in other folders it is working fine.

Is a master user able to create a folder in that location?

Are you able to create a folder there through the /iwmnt on the filesystem?

Can you delete and recreate the 'web' folder and see if it works then?

You might have to do some more digging to find out what's different about this folder versus ones that work.
