Jboss is running but no console?

I have installed a brand new 7.5 on a Linux box. It seems all is working fine, but the Jboss has a strange behaviour.

If I check the Jboss status:

/etc/init.d/iw.jboss start
Application Container Service is already running (pid 24220).

and I agree, as the iw-cc is working nicely. But if I go to the console (http://my_ip:8080) I have this error:

404 - Not Found

No clue at all inside server.log.

Any help is very appreciated.

The webapp likely did not completely deploy. Find the server.log and start looking

I am facing a similar behaviour too , but i have a workaround . The OS is windows server. When i access cc-pro, it works fine from myclient browser, but not when i hit 8080.

When I RDC to the server and hit 8080 , it works fine, i am able to see the jboss page.

So the implication there is that you have a firewall or something blocking access to port 8080 from the outside.
