advance search is not working in Mediabin

i have tried to use advance search using some inbuilt metdata like "modification time"

In search result it shows all assets available in mediabin and not able to filter the correct date which have used for search.

advance search is not working only for date and time related metadata.

in idol folder logs of "Content_query" its showing

Invalid date format, 00:00:00 05/01/2016.

i checked in "OEMMediaBinIDOLServer.cfg" file and found that date format is in this format

DateFormatCSVs=YYYY/MM/DD,MM/DD/YY#SHH:NNS,YYYY-MM-DD,AUTNDATE

is any thing wrong with this code so that i am not getting correct details during advance search in mediabin.
