how to deploy birt in a portal server

I want to deploy birt in a portal environment such as Liferay or Jboss portal. How do I go about doing that?

Hi wakaru8,

You should download and look at the Actuate iPortal from this site and choose custom install and make sure the Dashboard is selected. This will show the BIRT Reports and Reporlets (pieces of BIRT reports) running in an example Liferay Portal Server.

If you want to do all this yourself, you could try wraping the BIRT viewer or HTML output into your own portlet.
