How to add a filter to a table ?

Hi
I have a demo someone here sent me for showing only 5 rows or 10 or what ever.
He is doing it using a filter on the table and the parameter.

I just don't understand the all filter thing, how can I add a filter to a table? can someone please explain me?

Hi ead,

To add a filter to a table, you just select the table in the design window, go down to the property editor, select the filter tab, click the "add" button, and set up the filter to only allow the data you want.
