determine if file is private

Is there any CLT that can tell me if a file is marked private or not? I expected to see it in the output of iwattrib -l but I can't find it. These are the attribute keys I can see on a private file:

Seems to work, thanks. I had done dir IWHOME/bin/*priv* and found nothing.
