table's row border prints in FF, but not in IE

Another cry for help. The attached test_report.rptdesign is a quick sample report I created to demonstrate the problem. I have this problem with my production report, which of course, is much more complex.

Anyway, I need to have borders between the rows.
I must print the report in IE 7 only (company policy).

The row's border prints fine in FireFox, but not in IE (6 and 7).

I just started using BIRT and this is the second issue I ran into pretty much right away.
Does anybody have the same problem? Is it me

I use birt 2.3.2
I need to print in HTML.

If you put the borders on the actual table cells rather than the entire row, it'll show up in IE7. Not sure why this is. Looks like a bug. You can log it at <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/reportabug.php'>BIRT: Reporting Bugs and Requesting Enhancements</a>.
