Change palette default colours ?
Matthieu
Hi,
I'm looking for a way to change the default palette colours order for charts since some are almost the same.
If it's not possible, is there a way to copy the colours order of a chart to apply it to another one ?
Regards.

Hi Matthieu,
You can change the colors for the palette in the chart editor.

Hi Williams,
Thanks for the answer.
I already changed the color from the chart editor.
Actually, I have 2 charts with the same values :first I've bar chart to show the values, and the second one is a pie showing percentage of each category.
On the first chart (bar) I defined a custom order for each colour. I was wondering if it was possible to copy this order to the second chart or to save it same as styles for others reporting items (labels, grids, etc.).

I don't think that you can do this as of now. I'll let you know if I find anything out on this. This could be a good thing to suggest as an upgrade. You can do that at <a class='bbc_url' href='

: Reporting Bugs and Requesting Enhancements</a>.

Any updates on this? This is a much needed enhancement, especially in environments where there are many reports and charts, and new reports constantly being defined. It's probably cost me many many hours just setting palettes to be the same as the 'standard'
Thanks.

Steve,
I don't know if an enhancement was ever filed. You could follow the link above and file an enhancement of your own. If you do, please post the info in here for future reference. Thanks.
