how to use the method setColSpan(int colSpan) of ICellInstance

hi,
The attachment is my project and data.I was using the method setColSpan(2) to set a cell and let it occupy two columns ,then it works,but all the columns on the right side were shifted to the right by one column,what should i do to keep them fixed?
