Installing Birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_5_1 in Eclipse Reporting Galileo 2.5.1

Hello All,

I want to use eclipse to create a web-viewer Birt Web Project. As per the Book -"Integrating and Extending BIRT Second Edition" I have to select "web project" under the "Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools category" (Also see attachment). However I couldnt find the option in Eclipse Galileo 2.5.1 which I am using. After help from the internet I realized that I have to download "birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_5_1.zip". I extracted it on my harddisk and copied all files and folders in the "features" folder to the "features" folder of my eclipse galileo and all files and folders in the "plugins" folder to the "plugins" folder of my eclipse galileo.

However still I am not able to view the option to create a new web project for BIRT Web Viewer.

Kindly assist.

How stupid of me. Without exploring eclipse options I posted a thread. Hope it will be useful for others facing similar option.

Goto New-->Web-->Dynamic Web Project. Click on Next. Select the usual parameters like a target runtime, project name etc. However in the configuration dropdown select "Birt Reporting Web Project" and Click on Next.

Thats it, DONE !!!
