page break on total number of rows including group header, footer

Hi,
Please see attachment.
I am looking to page break on the total number of rows on the page including the page header and footer. Right now the page break on the table itself is not working and I dont want to page break by group. As a result if the report is long its taking a long time to load up the DHTML version of the report.

please advise.

So, you want to page break when there is a certain number of lines present, whether it's data or header rows? Is this correct? If so, the idea of keeping your own row count like in the following example may help you. This example is for page breaking when a group won't fit on a page with another group, but the idea may help you with your issue. Let me know.<br />
