Report in TXT format

Hi All

Is it possible to generate a .TXT format using BIRT?

I need a reporting tool and I am stuck up in between of Jasper(used it earlier) and BIRT(A beginner on this).
As I have many reports in the TXT format and in the BIRT there is no direct way of getting reports in TXT format. Request you all to do let me know if there is a way of getting TXT forms of report using BIRT

Is there anyone who has generated report in TXT format using BIRT?

There is a .CSV emitter available. I don't know that I've seen a .TXT one out there, but you could write your own emitter plugin to do so.
