Page break in Export
srijit
Hi,
We are showing 40 records (set in variable row height) per page in the actual BIRT report. But when we export the data in xls or pdf, each page contains some 22 records and the remaining records goes to the next page.after the 40th record, the content starts from a new page.basically it gives a break after 40th record in pdf and word.
Is there any way to control the page break in export or restrict the height of the content which falls into export ?
I have attached an illustration of the exported content.

The Table has a default PageBreak Interval of 40. Set it to 0 to never break by rows.
When you export to PDF, it must fit to the MasterPage dimensions. This means the 40 row pagebreaks still exist and it also breaks when it runs out of room on the Page.
If you are designing for PDF, use Fixed layout to have it always conform to the master page.
