Hi,
I like to have some bookmarks in my generated PDF document. I can create a flat menu by using the "Table of Contents", but how to create a SubMenu Item?
BIRT will automatically create these submenus when using a table and grouping the items. But I have some data that I don't like to place into a table.
Example:
Chapter 1 (Label)
Chapter 1.1 (Label)
Some Text... (Text)
Chapter 1.2 (Label)
<TABLE1>
Chapter 2 (Label)
Chapter 2.1 (Label)
<TABLE2>
