Cannot show bulleted list

I have a BIRT report that pulls HTML text from a Database. The text is set in a Dynamic Text Item with HTML formatting. I have some bold text there and that is being shown correctly. The Unordered (bulleted) list I have embedded is NOT showing up correctly.

Any Ideas?

Have you tried using a standard text element with the <value-of> tags and calling out the format as html in your tag as well as selecting html in the drop down, rather than a dynamic text box?

What version and output are you using? I just tried in 2.6.2 and it worked in the preview and in PDF in a dynamic textbox. I didn't use it from a dataSet, just entered it, but it worked.
