Table at bottom of the page

Hi All,
I am trying to build check in BIRT 2.2.1. If the table data is high, then the check will print on second page on top, but i want it in any number of pages it should be print on bottom of the page. For your information, we are unable to use this in MasterPage footer because we have table in check area. So that i have placed at end of the first table attached is the output and i have commented on that. Please help me.

So, if the check can fit on the first page, you want it on the bottom there? If not, you want it at the bottom of the next page? Is this the case?
