Birt chart with no data.

Hi,
In my application I am using bar charts on the home page with iframe. If the query doesn't return any rows the chart is not appearing. This shouldn't happen. It should show the chart without bars in it.
Is there any way to solve this problem? Please help me.

Select the Third tab in the chart wizard. Then select Chart Area. There is a radial for what to do when no chart data is available. I believe the default is to hide it.
