Problem installing iServer evaluation version on Windows

I've downloaded ActuateBIRTiServerEnterprise.exe and tried to install it but the setup hangs at the trial license screen.
My OS is Windows 7 Professionl 64-bit.

Hi Ashwini,

I just saw your answer as I thought I would receive an email notification upon any answer but I did not receive anything. Anyway, I do have administrative privileges on my machine.
I've also tried downloading the zip version but I could not find any documentation to help me install it from the zip content.

Hi Hanh,
There is a setup.txt file within the zip archive that contains the necessary documentation. As for "ActuateBIRTiServerEnterprise.exe" installer you may want to download the latest version (sp1) and then try installing it in root folder e.g. C:\Actuate11" instead of program folder and let me know if that solves the issue.
