Why is BIRT Viewer and PDF Rendering different.

Why is BIRT Viewer and PDF Rendering different. Is there any way to fix it.
I'm hereby attaching a sample design file. The File makes use of library for master pages. First page header comes from body and for rest all pages it is derived from library master pages. When I view the report in BIRT Viewer and PDF, the PDF Version is showing extra spaces at top.
Please advise how to fix them.
Thanks and Regards,
Muthul.

I don't know that I see what you're talking about? The only thing I see of extra space on the PDF that's not in the viewer is the space that is taken by the masterpage header and/or the top margin of the page.

You can change the by removing the margins that the web viewer takes away. But this will ruin the layout if you want to go to prinitng (margin si somting we have for ease of reading).

The Users do print the report as well. So I cannot ignore the margins. Anyways thanks for your help.
