Z-order of Marker Line

Hi guys,

only one (or two) more or less short question(s): is it possible to change the z-order value of a dynamic marker line with a script? And if it is, what method do I have to use?
The background of my questions is, that sometimes, when the value of the marker line in a chart is nearly the same as the value of a grid line, the marker line is not visible, it looks like that it is covered by the grid line.

The description has been changed. As for your question, what is your BIRT version? I don't see the same if I make grid lines visible and set a marker line to have the same value as a grid line. Is this only if the marker is dynamic? Can you post a sample report that uses the sample database showing the issue? Thanks.
