Can i dynamically merge the rows of particular column

Hi,

I have to dynamically merge the rows of the particular column based on the data in excel report. Can i do the same using BIRT.

I am attaching the Sample report for that. Column A is my master value. If its repeating in two consecutive row, than i have to merge the row in that column. Others aremerged based on column A value.
