iphone birt viewer error

Hi everyone ,

I'm using mobile viewer in iPhone where im connecting through iserver.once i subscribe the report in iserver mobile subscription and it'll get updated in i phone birtviewer, when im running that report in iphone its showing error "error retrieving request content,please try again",where has other reports are running even when we pass parameter also.

kindly help me out on this issue, what steps i need to take remove that error.

I have tested in information console report is working in iserver. i checked in Dashboard Tab,when im keeping this report in mobile subcription in iserver,when im checking in iphone BIRT Mobile App its showing the error.

Could you check if this report is using flash charts (iOS devices do not support flash)? If not, could you send me the report document and I can try it at my end?

actually i know this iOS will not support flash so i have design normal chart as we can find in birt professional tool 2.5.1 version.report file, i can send u but database is connetion will make problem to acesss as its in GB's database but i can send u screenshots of it, this might help u to get the solution 
 
2nd image will show the details of parameter and report output this report working fine. 
1st image shows report is executing in iserver the report when im running in iphone birtmovile apps its showing error u can see this in 3rd image

I am unable to access your database in the report design. Can you generate a report document (.rptdocument) and share that with me? You can generate a report document in BIRT designer (Go to menu option Run -> Generate Document)

i have Zipped rptDocument file u can extract and check it.

I was able to run this report and see it on BIRT Mobile without any issue (screenshot attached). Can you try it again?

i cheked verma its working it was problem with database...

i have question on iphone birtmobile app,.. can we drill reports in iphone app.. if so how i need to do procedure

Yes you can, just add mobile subscription to all the birt reports involved in drill down and you should be good to go.
