Parameter Prompt Sizing

Is there a way to restrict the size of a parameter prompt screen? I am prompting the user for 3 parameters and I don't want the user to be forced to scroll down to get to any of the parameters. In other words, 2 of the 3 parameters fit within the prompt fine but the 3rd requires scrolling. 
 
Using birt 2.6.1.

Have you tried editing the CSS for the parameter window?

Well I want the prompt to not have to be scrollable outside of the birt designer itself, in the actual environment that i'm deploying within. Would this do the trick? I'm trying out now. 
 
Edit: Height is already set to 100%

But at the end there it is set to 350px. I am pretty sure if you take out that line it will fix your issue.

Yes, that works fine in the birt developer tool..but I am deploying these reports in a separate system and do not have access to that file.

Without access to server-side files, you cannot alter the parameter page. Period.

Hmm ok thanks. There is no way to make each parameter's listing box smaller within the entire param box or something like that? Eh..I guess not.

Edit: When I make the change to the file you mentioned, it changes the param page for every single report. But what if I only want to change it for one specific report?

You could create your own parameter page using the viewer tag library:
