How to have headers for cross tab dimensions

How to have headers for cross tab dimensions, i am not sure if i missing something but cant find a way to place headers to each dimension on a crosstab? Any suggestions or samples?

For the row dimensions, you'll need to put a grid in the upper left cell and size them to be the same as your dimension cells. Hope this helps!
