html table border not displaying

<p>Hi I'm developing a java web application(jsf framework). am using birt to generate my report. i create a table in birt but the border is not appearing on the report. I want it to be displayed like a table with all borders on the report. Is it possible?</p><p>i try to put individual border, but it leaves a space. Anyone can help?</p><p>Thanks in Advance</p>

<p>When previewing a report from eclipse I recommend using the webviewer icon in the toolbar, not the preview tab. If you use the preview tab you can get some inconsistent results. If you want to see the report as it will appear when deployed you should use the webviewer icon. Are you applying the border to each data element or the entire table, can you post a screenshot?</p>

<p>HI, were you able to make this table in the report using HTML ?? Please do tell , as I am trying to make tables using HTML in the BIRT report. But I dont know where to apply the HTML. I am using IBM RTC</p>
