problem placing Grid and Table side by side

<p>Hi i need to place Grid and Table in a single row. I mean both side by side. I have changed the display property of both the elements to "inline". Even after changing they are not being placed side by side. Is it possible to display them in a single row?</p>

<p>Use a grid with 2 cells (one row 2 columns). Put the grid in one cell and the table in the other.</p>

So what is the point of having that property useless. Any ways the solution you provided is cool. That solves my problem anyway. Thank you so much.</p>
