I am having the problem with GRC (Global Report Center) and I would appreciate any help from you.
Problems:
1. I am getting the message like "Global Report center cannot connect to the database, contact system admin".
1. Verified log files and couldn't find any thing. Just stopped the and started the GRC services (i.e., Interwoven GRC DB and Interwoven TeamSite Report) -- getting same error as above mentioned
2. Tried to create the new GRC DB based on interwoven suggestions by stopping the GRC DB service and renamed the old server.db as server.db.bak and it is not creating the new server.db, the command s I ran on server as follows:
set path=%path%;D:\iw-home\tools\db\sqlanywhere\win32 dbinit -q -c -k -b -p 1024 iw-home/report/db/server.db [Interwoven recommendation]
set path=%path%;D:\iw-home\tools\db\sybase\sqlanywhere-7.0.1\win32 dbinit -q -c -k -b -p 1024

\iw-home\report\db\server.db [ I also tried like this]
Then I used the following command to rebuilt the server.db on my server [dev]

\iw-home\tools\db\sybase\sqlanywhere-7.0.1\win32>rebuild server

\iw-home\report\db\server
Created new server.db successfully and ran the quick reports, worked fine for first time. Then same problem "GRC cannot connect to the database, contact Sys admin", when I tried for second time to get quick reports.
This problem is consistent. Any help is appreciated in this case.
