How to integrate 'uk.co.spudsoft.birt.emitters.excel_4.3.1.v201308301349' in 'birt-rcp-r

<p>Hi,</p><p> </p><p>I am using 'birt-rcp-report-designer-4_2_1' for designing birt reports, but when I am running charts in 'Excel', I am not able to see the charts. After going through various links I came to know that default excel emitters are unable to produce charts in excel output.</p><p> </p><p>But 'uk.co.spudsoft.birt.emitters.excel_4.3.1.v201308301349' excel emitter provided in 'birt-rcp-report-designer-4_3_1' version of report designer able to perform required task.</p><p> </p><p>Now my requirement is I want to integrate 'uk.co.spudsoft.birt.emitters.excel_4.3.1.v201308301349' excel emitter into 'birt-rcp-report-designer-4_2_1' version of BIRT designer.</p><p> </p><p>I tried to copy that into "D:Softsbirt-rcp-report-designer-4_2_1birt-rcp-report-designer-4_2_1plugins" folder and restarted BIRT but I am not able to get 'AS XLSX' option when I tried to run from BIRT designer.</p><p> </p><p>Please help me in integrating 'uk.co.spudsoft.birt.emitters.excel_4.3.1.v201308301349' into 'birt-rcp-report-designer-4_2_1'.</p><p> </p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>Hi Williams,</p><p> </p><p>I already referred that link and done changes as per that link, but still [color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;]I am not able to get 'AS XLSX' option when I tried to run from BIRT designer. Any other changes I need to do apart from copying spusoft excel emitter and doing changes in viewer.properties file.[/color]</p>
