org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Attribute "xmlns" bound to namespace "http://www.w3.org/2

Hi, One of end users of Actuate BIRT report is getting the following exception when she executes the report from Internet Explorer 11 while the exception as tested is not showing up and the report is running fine when same report is browsed through the Google Chrome. "org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Attribute "xmlns" bound to namespace "<a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/'>http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/</a>" was already specified for element "Envelope." Can anyone please guide me to know what kind of BIRT exception is this or what could be the probable reason behind it? And how can I fix it?Is there anything I should check on the report XML? or is it anything specific to browser which is incompatible to BIRT reports? Thanks,Mohona

Mohona, My suggestion would be to contact support via email at support@actuate.com or via phone by 650-645-3000.This could be due to Internet Explorer 11 functioning in different ways than previous versions but would be best to work with someone in support that specializes in the Information Console.

Any feedback on this ... I have the same issue. 
Setting compatibility setting to the site it fixes the issue but a drill-through generates the same error
