Script to add columns dynamically in a table not working in IE11

As per the following post in a forum I created a table in which columns can be added dynamically by selecting parameter ( Allows multi selection).

If we run the report it works fine. But when the report is inserted into the dashboard (from iHub), columns are not getting added. This behaviour is seen in IE 11 only. It works fine for IE 9, IE 10 and other browsers.
 
Report is designed on Actuate BIRT Designer Professional 4.4.0 and we are trying to run the dashboard on Actuate iHub 3.
 
Sample BIRT Project is attached.
Please place the Sample.rptdesign file in the following path on iHub:
"/Applications/Sample Application/Report Designs/"
 
I could not able to identify the problem with the report. Please help me in this regard.

If you open the IE 11 console and dev tools, do you see any browser or javascript errors happening in IE 11 when columns are not getting added?

No, there are no errors happening in IE 11 when columns are not getting added. 
 
When I try to add the report to dashboard, which is as an example for dynamic columns addition post, it is rendering in IE 11. Example report provided has option to select only one value. But the report which I am working on has multi select option for the parameter. I don't know exactly. I wonder may be this multi select option is causing the problem.

Both this report and the report from the first sample application you attached add the columns properly for me in IE 11.
 
Perhaps there is something about your specific IE 11 settings that are causing the issue.
 
Are you running the report directly from the designer when you get the issue in IE 11?

No I am running the reports from ihub only and the reports are running fine individually. But when I try to run the dashboard which has the report from the sample application, I am facing problem in IE11.

Sorry I had read that backwards as to where it was and wasn't working.
 
I published your sample application to my iHub instance and in my IE 11 the columns are getting added successfully based on the selection made in the selector gadget. See the attached screenshot for reference.
 
This leads me back to there being something specific about your IE 11 implementation that is having issues.
