We tried implementing the omniture script into BIRT report, but it is not pushing the report tags.

What version of BIRT are you using?

How are you deploying the BIRT report?

Omniture has a JavaScript library (s_code.js). Are you loading this library and where are you loading it? Where are the Omniture scripts called in the BIRT report?

Do you have a sample report design so that we can perform further troubleshooting?

Hi Clement

Thanks for the response to my topic. The answers to your questions are:

1. Version is 3.7.2

2. We are deploying the BIRT Reports inside birt.war deployed on Apache Servers.

3. Yes, we are loading this library. We are using the "Event Handler" property of BIRT Reports through Eclipse UI to call the events.

4. Apologies, but due to integrity issue, I would not be able to provide you the report.

Please help me out as I need to implement as soon as possible.

Thank you for the details.

Clement is out right now but I will see if I can provide some additional assistance in the interim.

Instead of attach you report, can you create a sample report based on classic models or a flat file data source that replicates your reports configuration for using omniture?
