How to draw a final line of each table on each page?

Hello everyone,
 
I attached my report file. I got troubles in :
 
I have a table which doesn't have border between detail rows but it need a last line as table breaks page.
 
 
 
 
Please help me fix these issues. Thanks in advance.

Without access to your database, I cannot run the report attached to replicate the issue.
To better understand your requirements, can you attach a screenshot or PDF output sample that displays the issue?
 
If possible, could you attach a sample report based on classic models or a flat file data source that replicates the issue with your report design?

To make sure I am understanding, you want the border line to show up at the end of the page the way it does in the screenshot and right now that line does not show up.
 
Is that correct?
