Date AND Time lookup available for BIRT report parameters?

I'm using Maximo 7.5.3 and BIRT 3.7.1. I'd like to use a date and time calendar lookup tool in a report parameter that needs a date and a time of day. I can set attribute to "datelookup", but that only prompts for a date. See attached screenshot of one used in Maximo RFQ.

The datelookup is correct to use for the lookup. The lookup selects date or date and time based on the attribute type in database configuration. DATE vs. DATETIME. This can be verified using RFQ and looking at attributes REPLYDATE and REQUIREDDATE where they both use datelookup.
