Unable to see files in WebDesk

TS 5.0.1 sol 7

We are able to see 58 images in images/featuredsotry directory from Webdeskpro (user x1), but we are able to see only two images in Webdesk (Same directory).

You get to see the other images when you upgrade from 5.0.1 to 5.5.2 ;-)

As I recall, WebDesk has 'modes' for the files that are presented - make sure you aren't looking at only *modified* files or only *locked* files in the WebDesk view.

Thanks, I think by default it is showling only modified files whan I select the View->Allfile then I am able to see allfiles.
We are using Submit Lock

It isnt actually the default view.

The nature of the webdesk views can catch people out sometimes.
All views are persistant, meaning if you select view/modified files, you will be in that view until you change it back to another view say view/all files.

Even if you log out and in, the view sticks.
