Creating a customised user interface

I would like to create a customised user interface for documentum using the WDK.war, my question is:

Is it possible to rearrange/change the location of the browser tree and the menus within the user interface or do they have to be located in the defaulted location? I am moving from a .NET application to documentum and I dont want the user to actually realise this, therefore I am trying to create a user interface that is generic for both.

I guess you'll have to modify the main component's JSP to do that

Note that whatever you do, there's 99.99% chances that you users will see that it is a different application. That's the nature of the beast
