Uninstalling TS6.0
Ottawa_IWOV
The manual does not tell me how to properly uninstall TeamSite 6.0. Can someone tell me how to do this. Is it executed from iw-home/install?
Thanks

Does anyone have similar advice for 6.5 sp2.
I don't see an uninstaller

Certainly is one, I used it myself.
assuming /usr/iw-home there should be a /usr/iwuninstall a little digging you will find a SP2 dir and uninstaller. Check the README since there is a section describing the uninstall.
If that many people are discussing the uninstall, think there may be some issues ?
Mine was that /use/iw-home is a different disk. So SP2 filled up /usr/ with the uninstall. THere is a nasty but wher ethe GUI gets hosed if the SP2 install fails. Supposed to be a work around, but did not work for me. I had to completely uninstall SP2 AND TS 6.5 and then reinstall. It was ugly.

The uninstaller's for 6.5 are in the IWHOME/../iwinstall directory tree - if you RTFM the TeamSite Installation Guide - you'll see a section entitled "Uninstalling TeamSite and Search" - which goes through all the steps needed to uninstall TeamSite - however, you need to do similar steps to uninstall SP's *first* - it's not that difficult once you get the hang of how they set things up.
