Certified Consultants: Reduction in Privileges?

I am an Interwoven Certified Consultant and recently had my access to the support site revoked. I got notification last month that I have been verified as a Certified Consultant and have a provisional 6.0 certification.
I would think that my support account would accompany the provisional certification. I can find no mention of support accounts on the certification website. Does this mean that the support site access has been removed from the benefits that certified consultants receive?
Also, as a provisionally Certified Consultant for 6.0, should I not provisionally be able to have a developer license for TeamSite?
Looking forward to hearing from anyone, but specifically someone in the Certification dept. at Interwoven.

I don't think that certification has anything to do with access to the support web site. I believe that access to the support site is for customers with support contracts.
But I could be wrong. Why don't you contact Interwoven Support or Education directly?

well, since I was certified, I asked for a logon to a support site, but never got one, so I am not surprised to see you struggling.
