Preview of .mov file fails

Hi

I am getting the following error when I try to preview a .mov file by clicking on the play clip option.

The requested operation has been denied. To prevent malicious attacks, security measures have been taken to validate each request to each user session. This request did not pass the security check.

Some possible reasons this procedure might deny valid requests are:

Your web session has expired
You have logged into the MediaBin system multiple times
Bad data supplied to page

If you continue to receive this message for valid requests, please contact your system administrator for assistance.

I have tried by loging out and logging in back again. But still it doesn't work.
