Teamsite 5.5.2 upgrade
System
Though it is in a early stage, wanted to check if any of you have gone though the teamsite upgrade to 5.5.2. Any significant issues faced during or after the upgrade process? Any suggestions would be helpful

The 5.5.2 download includes a Supplemental Documentation package that is in addition to the Product Manuals. I think you will find this doc package useful as the Upgrade Guide actually walks you through the process step by step. If you encounters any issues during the upgrade, report the problems to Interwoven Support for assistance. I've heard the response time is very good.

We are in the midst of a 4.5.1sp2 to 5.5.2 upgrade right now. The 5.5.2 Supplement doc set is a great addition to the package...I wish we'd had it in hand when we were planning our upgrade process!
So far we have hit some issue with OpenDeploy not working until it was reinstalled, and have had to make a variety of tweaks to our templating.cfg setup (mostly removing old legacy 4.x constructs).
The backing store conversion process was very simple, and again the 5.5.2 Supplement docs made all the difference. The 5.5.1 migration docs were missing many important details on this part of the process.
Converting Java call outs to CGI callouts is proving to be a bit of a challenge, as we move from the Java templating UI to the browser template. We have a variety of database-access java callouts that we are trying to wrap in a Perl CGI. We might have to full re-write using Perl DBI.
