ASCII Codes for Japanese and Chinese

Hi,
I have to use ASCII codes of languages such as Japanese and Chinese in the templates.
Where can i get the ASCII codes for the characters in these languages.

TeamSite ships with Jcode - Japanese Charset Handler, I don't know much else about it, including if it addresses your problem but it might be worth investigating.
