How to run DQL in Windows command prompt?

I remember, I could run DQL in command prompt when I was working on Documentum several years ago. Now I am returning to Documentum, but forgot how to let command prompt enter the status to run DQL. Can any body tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance.

The program is idql32.exe.  The executable can be found on the Content Server in c:\document\product\6.5\bin.
