Merge Tool java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsExceptio

I get the error when doing a compare of modified files in Teamsite. Any ideas?

We need a lot more information to help you:

- what command are you running
- what error do you see
- what version of TeamSite are you using (including SP level)
- Did this command used to work and has now stopped working or is this the first time you tried it?
