how to lock,process,rename file,unlock and save it in repository?

hi all,

i need to read and process multiple documents and rename them before saving them into the repository?i need to lock documents since other instances should not interfere the processing documents?

can anyone give me a sample idea or code and help me in working out this issue

Look at DFC javadocs. There is IDfSysobject.lock() method.
