we have problems while using IE9. While right click on documents, menu with properties is not showing.
What is the problem and how to solve this issue?

We had similar problems with IE 9 and Webtop 6.5 SP3.
You could enable the Compatibility View and see if you still face the issues.

Well then I think you need to do this.
Overwrite the following file with the Webtop 6.7 SP1 version file, keep the IE9 Compatibility View "on" (checked):
- wdk\include\popupMenu.js.
I was hoping you don't have to do this for Webtop 6.7 but you could give this a try. Please backup the original popupMenu.js before replacing it with the new version file. Also do not forget to restart the app server and clear the cache before testing.
I think if it is default issue than you can raise ticket with EMC.
Heard IE8 is best to work with Documentum.
