LDAP users from MS Active Directory

We have trouble with our LDAP user synchronisation...

Platform is:
- Documentum 7.1
- Windows 2012 Standard 64-bit
- Oracle
- MS Active Directory (AD)

The Active Directory Structure is:

com
- company
  - eg
    - Users
      - Branches
        Branch 1
        Users
        Branch 2
        Users

I configure LDAP server on DA mapping part with this "User Search Base" (OU=Users,OU=Branch 1,OU=Branches,DC=com,DC=company,DC=eg) and there is users retrieve to Documntum but groups coming to Documntum with this "Group Search Base" (OU=Groups,DC=com,DC=company,DC=eg).

and set filter for both (Users and Groups) to cn=*.

For all of you out there who face the same problem:

i found the solution, as i suspected the answer was in the Property Mapping:

go to: Da---Administration---Basic configuration---LDAP Servers

select your server and choose properties than mapping tab

scroll down to the Property Mapping and mark the User_Login_Name - choose Edit

Under the "map to" i had "uid" - which means clients with linox. because my client work on windows the choose should be - sAMAccountName.

that's it - problem Solved!!
