What is the cause of following error?

com.documentum.fc.client.impl.session.SessionManager@1011eeef.getSession("<Repository_name>") ==> [!com.documentum.fc.client.DfServiceException: error during session construction!]

This error is logged in "dfctrace.log" file.

Did you pass the right login credentials to the code ?

I am passing correct credentials as this issue is occurring intermittently.

Any suggestions.

Anything in the docbase logs on the content server ? It could very well be that you don't have any sessions available, for example, if you have a TBO/SBO that doesn;t release the sessions correctly....
